Comic updated!
I realized last week a lot of people seemed to assume Sir Manfred was free again after the events of the Rivalkiries story arc.... but nope! Can't let him off that easy! The exit he thought he found was blocked by an entire collapsing building, leaving only space for his head again. All this (indefinite amount of) time, he's been exploring whatever subterranean cracks he can find, feeding on the remnants of the dungeon creatures (Omega Murder Blast affects one target!) and other beasties. He did once say that Snots tasted foul, but were surprisingly filling, after all. You can just think of Sir Manfred as The Dragon in the Kitchen!

the infinitely awesome falingrad has now answered all of our questions, except for the most important one:

Oh, that? I forgot about it! but I guess I did answer it in a roundabout way.

"he's been exploring whatever subterranean cracks he can find, feeding on the remnants of the dungeon creatures"

i.e. his head is not sticking out of the sink at all times. He goes back in and then back out. In fact he probably spends more time underground than in the sink. We just... don't see much of the sink when he's not in it, as it's just a sink and has little plot importance otherwise. XD

We do see him with his head below ground in one strip, however.

But if you meant how they can still use the sink despite the hypothetical damage that may be incurred by the plumbing from Sir Manfred's squeezing through... ... ... IT'S MAGIC! Twirling

I officially request that the sink suddenly develop plot importance :O. Or at least some sort of random re-appearance at a later date!

Hahaha, time to back-date a check!
But srsly, wow! He really has had his head down a hole for a while! Marelle hasn't paid rent and managed to avoid needed rescuing from within the stretchy landlord! (I assume, given the last panel) I thought that was his whole business model! He does seem to thwart himself rather effectively Very Happy

Heh, I love the poncho thing his accountant has going on Smile

Rolling Eyes Fine, fine. Sir Manfred really is still "trapped" in the pipeworks. Regardless of the myriad paths available to him, the only exit he can find is the girls' kitchen sink, and even that is only big enough to allow his head & some of his neck.

I guess that is more believable than the name "Jolly Bibras, Esq." Wink

But if Marelle can't die, what happens if she's chewed into tiny bits?
