Hmm. A mad, kleptomaniacal Nitrine in a TRRD-powered super-suit of her own design. Dangerous XD

The question then becomes, who is the biggest threat now? The vampire, Nitrine ... or Zintiel with a claymore. XD

And ... where does Chuck Norris fit into this list ? Mr. Green

"When Zintiel and Nitrine talk, Chuck Norris listens."
Maybe that answers Asciiwarrior's question.

The only thing the omnipotent has left to say is: "You sly dog! You had me monologing!"

I love how like half of felix's joggings will sooner or later wind up in his comic. Quote me as saying I was misquoted.

And thus we learn the perils of monologing before securing your prisoner. Makes one wonder if this guy moonlights as an archvillian in his spare time. Wink

Its possible that everything following this panel will be an elaborate dream sequence that will convince Nitrine of the perils of dabbling in powers she scarce understands. This IS Cryptos the Omnipotent. And even if he's not exactly omnipotent, I doubt he's a pushover, either. I think that Tracy Ace is Cryptos' former apprentice, and Nitrine is being tested to see if she's worthy of becoming a practitioner of the arcane arts herself. Just a shot in the dark here.

In any event, I look forward to seing the Moďrganae/Morgana Honeydew vs. Super Nitrine smackdown girlfight. I expect rent clothing/armor and sweaty cleavage abounding.

Or it's possible that Cryptos is no where near Omnipotent and that's just part of his name.

Good to see another thread full of wild speculations! You'll understand I can't comment on some stuff, but I'll see what I can do with the rest XD

I believe this issue is touched upon in the cast page! Wink

And I'd like to know how and why Chuck Norris always gets mentioned around here XD XD

Well ... you do encourage us to be Flaky ... and you have to admit, randomly mentioning Chuck Norris in a place that has absolutely nothing to do with him is Flaky. Mr. Green

The appearance of Chuck Norris is only explained by that fact that Zintiel is currently busy.

I remember. That doesn't necessarily mean he wouldn't audit her class to keep an eye on what she's doing lately. Considering the powers she's capable of unleashing in formerly sporadically performing dabblers of the arcane arts, it would seem that it was a good idea. That he was in her class reinforces my conviction that there was a former link between the two, and his greater age and high stature in the community would indicate that, at one time at least, he was in a position of authority over her or her peers.

Remember, "The circle is now complete. When I left you, I was but the learner. Now I am the master." Heh-heh.

Just saying hi!

I went back and read through the archives, the whole time thinking, "What am I going to do when I get to the end of this? I pretty much limit myself to comics with RSS, but this comic is just so cute!"

Well, when I did get to the end, I discovered, to my joy, both an RSS feed and a forum! Hooray! I'm glad to see others on here as well, who feel the same way about the Pastry as I!

Hi!

Ah, but have you considered... that maybe what Tracy Ace taught Nitrine isn't actually magic at all! Oooh, sneaky!

And hi, Bunker! Glad to have you join us! Pie!
